First Meet

My Vision

For me, coaching is not just a profession but aid and offer to fellow human beings. Advocates for the change of the individual. It is a creative work, which through the coach’s interaction with the coachee leads to a perpetual development, both personally and professionally, as the two go hand in hand. For this reason, I decided to pursue a career in Coaching. To contribute to the successful professional career of the coachee, which will offer him / her balance, pleasure and growth.

My Studies

My studies in Social Sciences with an emphasis on Sociology at the University of Crete contributed significantly to broaden my horizons, to develop critical, rational and analytical thinking, to be able to interpret social environments and attitudes and finally to understand the importance of acceptance and respect of other people’s diversity.

Then, attending ICPS College’s Triple Certificate in Coaching training program [The Coaching Clinic (Corporate Coach U), Coaching for High Performance (American Management Association) and Solution – Focused Coaching Specialization (MDI International)] was precious. because it helped me understand the ways in which I can support a person in his/her career path, whether it is in the beginning, or is already in a corporate environment and on the other hand, because it trained me in remarkably methodological tools, so that I achieve this purposefully and not intuitively.

Finally, my participation in seminars in the fields of Management and Team Animation was enlightening, as I learned, how an organization is structured and it operates and how important role each section has in the performance, development and promotion of the company.

My Professional Experience

My professional experience as an Administrative Officer in various organizations was catalytic, so that I understand the pathogenesis of an enterprise. The lack of organization, the selection of inappropriate employees, the lack of leadership are some of the reasons, why companies fail to be functional and efficient. On the contrary, creating a work culture that promotes collaboration, training, development, and employee respect can lead an enterprise to exceptional results in efficiency and productivity.

On the other hand, having worked as a Social Scientist in Non-Governmental Organizations but also in Research Institutions, I came closer to people, as a result of which I understood their necessities, concerns and desires at professional level. Communicating with people importantly enhanced my empathy and active listening.

For the last few years, I have been working as a Career & Executive Coach supporting teenagers and adults to set and achieve the professional and educational goals, they desire, having created my own professional space. At the same time, I collaborate with secondary education tuition centers having undertaken the vocational guidance of their students.
