Coaching is a specialized counselling method, which creates a framework of support and encouragement, so that the individual sets, plans and implements the goals he/she desires, with the aim of his/her professional development and evolution.

Which is your approach?
My basic approach is to define with the coachee the goal, which wants to achieve, to explore his/her potentials, to evaluate his/her options, to create an action plan and to elaborate the obstacles, that may arise. This is achieved via Coaching methodological approaches, questionnaires and exercises during the sessions.
What does Coaching not offer?
People, usually, when address to a coach, they expect to solve them all their problems or to give them all the answers. However, this does not happen with Coaching, because the basic principle of Coaching is that the coachee knows himself/herself better of all and he/she has all the answers he/she is looking for. Coaching helps him/her to discover them via the dialectic method. The coach is his/her ally and companion in this journey and not his/her guide. For this reason, a coach does not criticize, nor assess, he/she does not direct him/her to one or another direction and he/she does not give advice, instructions or answers.
Why to choose Coaching?
Coaching is an excellent and dynamic counselling method, however, it is not for everything or for everyone.
- If you desire to solve psychopathological nature’s issues (e.g. depression, anxiety disorder, panic attacks e.t.c.), then you need a Psychiatrist, Psychologist or Mental Health Counselor.
- If you desire to learn a job subject in order to be able to correspond to your job requirements, then you need Education.
- If you desire to meet a person to tell you the steps of his/her successful career path, so that to follow them, then you need Mentoring.
- If you desire specific instructions/advices on how to achieve specific professional goals, then you need Consulting.
- If you desire to define your professional path and discover the ways, in which you can grow and evolve through it, then you need Coaching.
How many sessions are required?
The duration of each session is 60 – 90 minutes.
The number of the sessions, which are realized, depends on the request and the way of corresponding to the process of each coachee. Respecting, that each individual has his/her own personality and his/her own rhythms, I do not define the number of the sessions from the beginning, but I let the coachee to lead the Coaching sessions at the pace he/she wants and needs.
Where the sessions take place?
The sessions can take place in my private office or online.
